We operate a no hassle returns policy. If when you receive your wellingtons you decide for any reason that you don't want them (or if they are the wrong size) you can return them for a refund or exchange them for another pair.
(this does not apply to personalised boots)
All items must be returned to us in their original packaging and in the same unworn, perfect condition as they arrived to you within 30 days of purchase. We cannot accept items back that have obviously been worn.
You are responsible for the returns postage cost, and we recommend you use a recorded service as we can not be responsible for items that go missing en route.
Exchanges
If you are returning goods for an exchange you will need to pay the returns postage AND purchase Exchange Postage of £5.00 (we will send you a paypal invoice for this amount). On receipt of your unwanted boots and payment of the exchange postage your replacement boots will be shipped to you.
Important:
Please contact us to enquire as to the correct returns address.. We will also give you a reference number to include with your package and supply you with a returns form.
If you have not taken delivery of your boots within 7 working days from placing your order please e-mail us to let us know. Please allow 28 working days for delivery of personalised boots. If you need an express service please contact us.
