Please find below some of our most commonly asked questions. Hopefully, they will give you the answer you're looking for. However, please do no hesitate to contact us should there be anything further you need to query – we're always happy to help.

     1.  I am unsure about about my size and how well the wellies will fit

On each product page there should be a measurement guide for that specific welly. This will give you the height of the boot and other important measurements like calf size and inner sole length. We will also indicate on each product page if the wellies are a particularly large or small fitting. Check sizes carefully before ordering, and if you are unsure about anything then contact us for help.


  1. I am anxious about using my credit/debit card on your website. Is your site secure?

Yes. When you purchase your goods on our website we do not handle any of your payment. This is all done via Paypal, whose website you will be transferred to temporarily when making payment. You will notice a secure padlock sign in your browser once on the Paypal website. This signifies a secure page. When details of your payment are passed through to us from Paypal we are not given or shown, any of your card details at all.


  1. Why do you need my personal information like address and telephone number?

We require this information so that we can send your goods out to you and so that we may contact you in the unlikely event that there is a problem with your order. This information is never shared or transferred to anyone.


  1. How long will it take for my boots to arrive?

A standard delivery to mainland UK will normally take up to 7 working days. To Ireland this would take up to 15 working days. For personalised boots delivery is normally within 28 working days. However, if you are in a hurry, please contact us and we will see if we can arrange for your boots to be with you sooner.


  1. Can I have my order delivered to a different address from my billing address?

Certainly, this is not a problem at all. If paying through Paypal Express you can simply include your delivery address details in the special instructions box on Paypal (or contact us immediately to let us know correct address) If you are using the normal Paypal service and filling in your personal information on our site then at 'step1 of 3 – shipping information' during checkout process, simply make sure the shipping address to the left is shown correctly. If not then click 'change address' to alter this.


  1. How much does postage cost?

A standard pair of wellies sent to mainland UK will normally cost £7.50. If however, you live outside of mainland UK then please contact us for further information about shipping prices.


  1. My order has not arrived.

At particularly busy times your order may be slower than usual in being received. However if you have waited longer than anticipated time for delivery (as described above) then please contact us so that we can help.


  1. How do I arrange for my item to be returned or exchanged?

Please contact us to describe the problem and we will advise you of what to do next. In the unlikely event that your item has arrived in an unsatisfactory condition or damaged in transit we will do our best to help you sort it out as quickly as possible. Please see our returns policy for further details.


  1. Will I receive a confirmation that my order has been processed?

Yes. Shortly after placing your order you should receive a confirmation email detailing your order. If this is not received then please contact us , as it could mean there is a problem with your order.
